In IGI Panel, you must deposit credit or funds before placing or submitting your order. We accept major payment gateways such as VISA/Master Card, Webmoney, Perfectmoney, Payoneer, Payeer, Bitcoin, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Bank Transfer. You need to sign up, go to add funds page, choose your payment gateway, and deposit your credit. After Successful payment, your credit will be deposited automatically within 5 min to your account balance.
In IGI Panel, after the deposit, if you would like to get a refund for the remaining balance, you can request a refund to your payment gateway any time you want. We will refund the requested amount to your payment gateway within 6-12 hrs. We will deduct the deposit bonus you will get from adding funds/credit to our website and send the remaining balance. However, earning money on your card or bank depends on your local bank or card company. There is no refund for Crypto, Perfect Money, or WebMoney deposits. Refunds are only possible for credit or debit card deposits/Bank transfers.
If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit without any valid reason, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from our website. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we deliver to your or your client's Instagram/Facebook/Twitter, or other social media accounts.
Orders placed in IGI Panel will be refunded or canceled if a customer requests it. You will receive a refund credit to your IGI Panel account if the order is non-deliverable.
Suppose the order's page or account username/URL/Link changes, is broken or removed, or the account gets suspended for violating social media terms & conditions. In that case, IGI Panel will not take responsibility for this. If the order status is completed, IGI Panel will not refund the order.
Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm every order before placing it.
Fraudulent activity, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will lead to the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
Please do not use more than one server simultaneously for the same page. In that case, we cannot give you the correct followers/likes number. We will not refund these orders.
